group training sessions
M Box Fitness currently conducts group boxing classes for Rooted Yoga & Fitness in Beaverdale. Beginners are asked to start with boxing basics, an introductory shadowboxing class before registering for the cardio or craft boxing classes.

personal training sessions
These sessions are custom-designed and tailored to your goals. From strength and conditioning to diet changes and technique reviews to dedicated mitt work…you’ll get the sessions and results you desire when you choose personal training with M Box Fitness.
