These sessions are custom-designed and tailored to your goals. From strength and conditioning to diet changes and technique reviews to dedicated mitt work…you’ll get the sessions and results you desire when you choose personal training with M Box Fitness.

Training sessions can be purchased in half-hour or full-hour increments. Please use the link below to schedule. Session availability is limited.

M Box Fitness currently conducts group boxing classes at Rooted Yoga & Fitness in Beaverdale. Beginners are asked to start with boxing basics, an introductory shadowboxing class before registering for the cardio or craft boxing classes.

Founding m box fitness

My love for boxing began in 2022 - but not in a ring, and not for sport. It started during one of the hardest seasons of my life, when I was fighting daily battles with fibromyalgia and small fiber neuropathy. I could squeeze in a jog or workout on a good day, but the price was steep: days of pain, migraines, and feeling trapped in a body that refused to keep up.

One day, I stumbled across an article that mentioned non-contact boxing as a possible way to manage symptoms. I figured, why not?

On a good day, I took a chance on a cardio boxing class, and to my shock (and my family’s), not only did I make it through…I felt energized. No crash. No flare-up. Just fire.

That class changed my life. Boxing gave my body back. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I was finally able to move, to play with my girls, to show up for life in ways I thought were behind me.

That’s why I created M Box Fitness — a boxing fitness experience designed for all kinds of mamas: moms, muscle mamas, fur baby mamas, and the mamacitas. M Box isn’t just about mitts and movement; it’s about reclaiming your power, building real confidence, and creating community in the process. Modified boxing for the modern woman.
